Mind the simple layout for this blog..

It took me quite awhile toying with this idea of a blog that revolves around food. It was however after a late christmas dinner that i cook, that i realised the theruptic goodness of cooking when someone close truly enjoy what you cook, working their inqusitive mind to understand what goes into their food they eat and its method before it reaches the table. I of course took great pleasure to explain, just omitting out culinary jargons to make it as simple as possible. Simplicity is the key in my cooking i would say, that's how i see my food, straight to the point, and its often i allow my gut feeling to do the choosing of what to cook rather to what i'm familiar or good at.

With this blog, and like most blog that talks about their culinary passion or kitchen adventures, i too would like a space on my own to tell the many culinary adventures that i spent in my own kitchen, no not slogging but how i always put it "experimental cooking".
